Last updated: 1 August 20261. Passes & entry
A pass entitles the holder to entry at the date and time stated on it. Passes are issued per person and must be presented (printed or on screen) at the gate. Entry may be refused to holders of passes that appear tampered with or duplicated.
- Passes are non-refundable.
- Passes are transferable — the reference can be handed to another attendee.
- Children under 3 enter free with a paying adult.
- Programme timings may change due to weather or operational reasons.
2. Stalls
Stall space is allotted by the stall committee on a first-come, fair-use basis. All stallholders must comply with food-safety and fire-safety guidelines, keep their space clean, and donate the agreed share of proceeds to the carnival fund. The organisers may decline any stall application without stating a reason.
3. Donations
All donations are voluntary and non-refundable. Donations are passed in full to the partner NGOs named in the annual utilisation report. The organisers do not charge any administrative fee on donations.
4. Photography
The carnival is a public community event. By attending, you consent to being photographed or filmed for the school's archival, editorial and promotional use. If you do not wish to appear in published material, please speak to a volunteer at the information desk.
5. Liability
Attendance is at your own risk. The organisers take reasonable precautions for safety but are not liable for loss of personal belongings, or for injury arising from disregard of posted rules or staff instructions.
